Directions & Uses:
*Use as you would salt.
*Sprinkle on potatoes, kumera, pumpkin, carrots, parsnips & brussel sprouts, drizzle with olive oil and roast.
*Rub sparingly on cuts of meat & fish. Rub on lamb, chicken or pork & veal cuts before grilling or roasting.
*Sprinkle onto salads, vegetables, egg, pasta, rice & other savoury dishes and sauces to add extra flavour.
*Combine with breadcrumbs for stuffing mix.
